Bob Basa is a 15-yr. resident of Santa Cruz. He performs as a soloist and in jazz combos in the Bay Area and Monterey. A nylon-stringed guitar is his instrument of choice for solo performances and in Brazilian groups. The archtop guitar is his preference in jazz combos. He has recorded with Larry Vuckovich and Kenny Stahl.
